My inspiration

I've been inspired by Laura over at Keeping Healthy Getting Stylish to create a sort of mood board...my motivation for sticking to healthy eating and exercising!


My main motivation this year is bridesmaid duties for my cousin's wedding in September - not too much pressure! 
So the exercising and eating healthy but delicious food ties into that. I get bored when I limit myself to paltry salads day in day out and that has led to binge eating behaviour so I want to focus more on making more appealing, tasty food that I actually look forward to eating!
