I know the body is perfectly capable of 'detoxing' itself but there's nothing wrong with giving it a hand, especially when it only costs £1!
I picked this up on our Waitrose trip and drank it yesterday after an alcohol fuelled weekend. The blurb on the bottle claims it will 'keep your liver happy and help your insides behave.'
After only one bottle I can't really comment on this claim, however, I can say it tastes delicious! I was a bit worried I'd have to force it down but it's just like blueberry juice with no hint of the added extras.
For such a cheap price and only 80 calories per bottle I'd defiantly buy more to see if I notice any difference!
