Together Detox Juice

I know the body is perfectly capable of 'detoxing' itself but there's nothing wrong with giving it a hand, especially when it only costs £1!

I picked this up on our Waitrose trip and drank it yesterday after an alcohol fuelled weekend. The blurb on the bottle claims it will 'keep your liver happy and help your insides behave.'

After only one bottle I can't really comment on this claim, however, I can say it tastes delicious! I was a bit worried I'd have to force it down but it's just like blueberry juice with no hint of the added extras.

For such a cheap price and only 80 calories per bottle I'd defiantly buy more to see if I notice any difference!

Waitrose goodies

On Saturday Chris and I drove over to Malvern so we could take his mum to Waitrose - I looked forward to this trip all of last week and it did not disappoint!

We started off in the cafe because Chris hadn't eaten all day. We had a cup of tea served in the cutest individual tea pots - we've decided we want need some for our house, they were just so adorable!

After that we were like excited children going up and down the aisles, oohing and aahing over everything we can't buy in Tesco or Sainsbury's!

I limited myself to just a couple of items; mostly things that I can't buy in supermarkets here that I've been wanting to try out.

I bought: Together Detox drink, a bulgar wheat, lentil & edamame salad shaker, Bear cocoa cherry granola nibbles, giant wholegrain cous cous, coconut water and almond milk. I took the salad shaker to work today as it was going to expire - I've kept the outer packaging so I can try to re-create it at home as it was so tasty and filling!

I think I might give the almond milk and coconut water a go tomorrow; I've heard alot said about both of them so I'm excited to try!
